    To whom it may concern, We really thought that CS time was adjusted 3 hours ahead ( 1900H +8 GMT ) from ( 2200H +8GMT ) As we see on actual event It started on 1700H +8GMT and finished on 1900H +8GMT Kindly check and set the CS time starting to start at 1900H +8GMT Thanks and more power! :)...
